Terms & Conditions

  • To reserve and confirm your order, it must be received at least three weeks prior to the event date, with a 50% deposit.

  • Orders received within three weeks of the event date are subject to a 15% rush order fee, and must be paid in full.

  • Cancellations may be made up to 10 days prior to the event date in order to receive a refund.

  • Changes can be made up to one week prior to event date.  Please contact us directly should you need to update the quantity of your order.

  • Outstanding invoices will be assessed a 3.5% late fee for each 30-day period unpaid.

  • It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, please contact us immediately upon receiving your purchase, and we will work with you to remedy the situation!
